Like I need to actually figure out why I have hormonal imbalances. And then like that energy and that like financial aspect to it is so much

It's so funny now when I'm like out of my like, um, out of my like immediate panic, but I should. It's so funny. So when I say like compulsive thoughts, I, I mean like 23 hours of the day, I think I'm dying and then like the other hour of the day, I think someone I love is dying, it's just like a never ending cycle in my head and it's

I went, so like Jose and I have been needing to go to the dentist. Right. And so we, I called Jose had like his TMJ was like acting up a couple months ago. And I was like, well, we'll get that fixed. But like, we should probably do like the dentist while we're at it. Like, I think you need your wisdom teeth out. So I called the dentist that we like to go to. It's in Atlanta. And they were like, this was probably in like May and they were like, well, we don't have anything open until September. And I'm like, okay, whatever.

name down, put our names down. Like, can you put us on the list that if you have an opening to call us? And she was like, yeah. So she called us. This is last week, beginning of the week. And she told Jose, like, I have something tomorrow. And so she got him in and then she called me like a few hours later and was like, I just called your husband this morning, but like, I also have an opening on Thursday if you want to come on Thursday. So I'm like, perfect, great. I just need a cleaning and like my x rays. And so Jose goes, And our insurance got fucked up somehow, and like, they were like, they're not covering you anymore. And like, they had already done all of his stuff, so he had to pay out of pocket.

Yeah, and so I was like, okay, he like, called me, cause I usually deal with the insurance. And I was like, okay, whatever, like, Asked for like the super bill. I'll send it to the insurance. We'll see if the insurance will cover it, whatever So i'm like now i'm not gonna go on thursday because I know the insurance isn't gonna cover it Like i'll just wait and then so then I was like i'll just go I don't know why I did this but I was like i'll just go find an like a dentist That they cover fully and i'll just go get my teeth cleaned So like I can just kind of like check this box off of something I need to do and so I I called for this one appointment and they had something open that week And so I go to this new dentist and it's like it already is just like a weird situation And then I like waited a long time to get in. So then I finally get in and i'm like, okay, whatever So then, you know, like they go through You They did the x rays, which it was like the old x ray machine. Like I felt like I was laying in like 2010 and then like she did all that. Then the, the hygienist comes in and she like taps on my teeth and like does like the number shit. And then it was like, she did a cancer screening. And I'm thinking like, Oh, they're going to do all of this. And then they're going to take me to go get my teeth cleaned. Right.

So I knew they were going to be like, you need fillings. Okay, fine. So then they tell me that, then they're like, okay, we're going to have you like come talk to this lady. Like I don't remember her name. They put me in this chair outside of an office and like the middle of the hallway. Like, I feel like I'm like going to the principal's office, like that type of situation.

And so then like, I wait like another 20 minutes to get this lady. And then I go and I go in the office and she's like, well, how was everything today? And I was like, great. Like being like, what's going on? So then I'm thinking to myself, it was like a lower income area. So I'm thinking to myself, okay, they're going to go over what they're going to charge us before they actually do it to make sure people can pay their bills. So then she goes through and she's like, well, um, This and this you need these fillings they're going to cover the fillings You also need a mouth guard because you grind at night, which I don't grind at night I've like talked to most multiple dentists about it. They're like you don't They're like so then that mouth guard is going to be a thousand dollars, but your insurance is covering most of it So that's three hundred dollars out of pocket. Then we have this but this is optional. So insurance won't cover it So that's another thirty dollars. She's going through all this shit and i'm like And she's like, and then we're going to have to schedule for the cleaning. Cause I don't have anything available this afternoon. And I kind of looked at her and I was like, you're not cleaning my teeth today. And she was like, no, I'm sorry. We don't have anything available.

So then I was like when's your next when can I come back to get my teeth cleaned? july 15th And i'm like, okay put me down And she's like well, we're gonna have to schedule the fillings and all this stuff and i'm like Let me just hold off on that. I was like, I don't really want to schedule anything like that right now. And she's like, okay, we'll just sign here, sign here. Literally. And I'm like, okay. So like, then I had to pay like out of my copay. And then she was like, okay, I'll take that now. And I'm like, okay. And then I'm like, am I done? And she was like, yeah, she was like, you can go out that way. Literally left. I was, I got nothing out of it. I got, I got like in the elevator and I was just kind of like, like, like, yeah, like I was so flabbergasted. Like when I called, I asked, I need my routine x rays and I need my teeth cleaned. That is what I needed. The lady on the fucking phone should have said we do that on two separate occasions and like should have booked me out for both of them. I was so mad. I got in the car. And this was the day I found out, this is the day I thought I was pregnant, I thought I was pregnant because I got in the car, I called Jose and I'm like, you would not fucking believe what just happened to me and I'm telling him this and he's pissed off because from his side of things is like, I spent all this money to have good insurance and like, we're, we're having shitty situations

Or like, Jose will go, all of our appointments are in Atlanta, which it's a two hour drive to Atlanta, like an hour and a half. But with traffic, it's always two hours. So I always pack him a lunch when he goes to his dump during the day. I'm like, here's your lunch.
